Send us your brief — dimensions, occasion, material preference. A Steward reaches out within two working days.

Design
We sketch, shortlist materials, and return with a design direction. Revisions are part of the ritual.

Craft
Once approved, the artisan begins. Lead times range from four weeks (ceramics, small wood pieces) to twelve weeks (custom commissions and brass figurines) — we confirm your exact timeline at the design stage.

Deliver
The finished artifact is packaged for its Unboxing Ritual — recycled slate shell, wax-gilded seal, hand-signed card.
